Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Delora Solutions. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@delorasolutions.com.

We are based in Kosovo and serve clients in the European Union. We process personal data in line with the Law on Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Kosovo and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect and why

• Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), your message, the service you're interested in (optional) and the language of the page. We use it to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a possible project. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
• Booking a call: if you choose to load the booking calendar, the details you enter (such as name, email and the time you pick) are processed by Cal.com to schedule the call. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• Chat assistant: the questions you type are processed to generate an answer. The assistant currently answers from our own FAQ; messages are not stored after the answer is returned. Please don't share sensitive information in the chat.
• Email and WhatsApp: if you write to us, we process your message and contact details to reply. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own terms.
• Analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and reports only aggregated, anonymous statistics (such as page views and country). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used.
• Server logs: our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of request to deliver the website and keep it secure. These logs are kept for a short period. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and reply to you, under agreements that require them to protect it:

• Vercel (website hosting and anonymous analytics)
• Resend (delivering contact-form messages to our inbox)
• Cal.com (booking calls, only if you load the calendar)
• Our email provider (receiving and answering your messages)

Transfers outside Kosovo and the EU

Some of these providers process data in other countries, including the United States. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, so your data stays protected.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted within 12 months of our last contact. If we work together, we keep project correspondence for as long as the contract runs and afterwards only as long as the law requires, for example for accounting.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw any consent you have given. To use any of these rights, email info@delorasolutions.com. We will reply within one month.

If you think we have not handled your data correctly, you can complain to the Information and Privacy Agency of the Republic of Kosovo or, if you live in the EU, to the data protection authority in your country. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.

Automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit access to personal data to the people and systems that need it, and choose providers with strong security practices.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted here.
